These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, gaming features, bonus offers, and support programs on the ku914 platform. Each individual may open only one account on ku914. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be suspended or terminated. ku914 reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or winnings obtained through multiple accounts.

3.1 Password Protection

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku914 may request the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
• ৳22,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳42,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 total wagering required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• To claim a bonus, use the bonus code (if applicable) before making a deposit
• Any bonus claimed fraudulently will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

ku914's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through regular gaming activity, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. Each tier comes with additional benefits and rewards.

ku914 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

6.1 Technical Manipulation

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Any attempt to manipulate game software or results
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location

6.2 Social Conduct

• Threatening or harassing other players or ku914 staff
• Using offensive language or making inappropriate comments
• Spreading false information in an attempt to damage the platform's reputation

6.3 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, ku914 may take the following action without notice:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently close the account
• Forfeit funds obtained through fraudulent means
• Notify the relevant law enforcement authorities

Separate betting limits apply to each game category on ku914. These limits are clearly displayed in the game lobby. ku914 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time for reasonable cause.

7.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, once a market is settled and the result is declared, ku914's decision will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ku914's standard rules.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and unpredictability of results. Live dealer games are operated in real time.

If a game stops mid-way due to a technical error, ku914 will attempt to cancel that bet and refund the original amount. However, ku914 will not be held responsible for issues on the user's end, including loss of internet connection.
